We have found sending these emails is one of the best ways to reach our customers, so we have been sending updates every couple of days to keep you in the loop. These are also posted on our news section and in the knowledgebase.
A quick reminder of our basic terms for all of our service contracts and a little explanation. These are the most common questions we get about our terms. These are all available on our website in the knowledgebase and agreed upon when signing up.
1 – We require a 30-day notice for cancellation .
This makes it much easier on you if you wish to move services and then we can actually help you move or change services efficiently.
2 – If you cancel without a 30-day notice, all services are terminated immediately. We do not offer refunds.
3 – If you cancel a service that is a mixed group of services you will be downgraded to the minimum required to keep your website functioning. For instance, if you have SEO (which includes hosting) and cancel the SEO service, you will downgrade to our basic hosting package.
4 – Our payment system requires a card on file for billing. To kind of enforce this we have a short late window of 2 days without a late fee. Our services are fast and often times we will be a week into posting and realize a customer has not paid. If your invoice is in the ‘late period’ all social services will stop immediately until a card is placed on file and the late invoice paid.
5 – At 5 days overdue your account is cancelled. This means social media stops, SEO stops, website goes down (if hosted with us).
6 – When a service is canceled, we remove all paid plugins from your website that are part of that service. This is particularly geared towards SEO. We install a paid SEO plugin with our license on your website. If you cancel the SEO service (or move to another provider for SEO) we fully remove our paid plugin. This does not damage your site at all nor remove any current SEO gains you have. Part of your monthly SEO fee is paying for this license monthly.
7 – Discounts & Special Rates- If you received a sale or special discounted rate and discontinue services, any future services will be billed at the current standard rates when you return.
Basic Premium Webhosting
If your website is hosted with us, you can request up to 10 updates per month to the front end (things the customer sees) of your website. We take care of all backend items automatically (updates, backups, malware scans, etc)
Social Media Posts
In the social scheduler you can leave comments about posts you want, changes, upcoming events etc. You can also enter a HELPDESK ticket in advance for something upcoming.

To speak candidly, we often find people attempting to sneak their site off the servers; this often causes domain mix-ups, downtime, and other issues. Please just let us know if you are going to move; we do not take it personally
