How To Approve An Access Request From The Real Social Company For Your Facebook & Instagram.

Once you start working with The Real Social Company we will send you an access request to Facebook so we can start managing your social media. When this is approved this will allow us to post for you on Facebook AND Instagram.

How Do Reels, Stories, And TIkToks Work?

Reels, Stories, and TikToks are generally posted a day after they are approved on Facebook & Instagram.  For instance, on Monday you approve the posts for Facebook & Instagram. That means on Tuesday, these posts will go out as Reels, Stories, and TikToks.  We do it this way because there is no automated way to approve these type of posts.

How Do I Connect Instagram To Facebook?

Here are brief instructions on connecting your Instagram account to your Facebook account.  This allows you to post to both locations at once.  Be advised you need a Facebook Business Page (not a profile) and your Instagram account needs to be a Professional Account.

  
How Do Reels & Stories Work?
When you choose the REELS & STORIES option for your posting schedule here is how it works.

We prefer to have content from your business, videos of you, or real people to use for this content.  If we do not have that we will take the standard Facebook or Instagram post and turn it into a REEL/STORY.   We will size it appropriately and add animation and music to it.

During the first 30 days, REELS & STORIES will be posted AFTER you approve your Facebook & Instagram posts. They will be a day behind.

If you have 10 Reels and Stories per month this could be 5 reels and 5 stories. it is not 10 of each.  If you have 20, it could be 10 reels and 10 stories, not 20 of each.  We typically post REELS as they get much better engagement, but we do mix a few stories in there.
How Do TikToks Work?
We prefer to have video content from your business, videos of you, or real people to use for this content.  If we do not have that we will take the standard Facebook or Instagram post and turn it into a TIKTOK.   We will size it appropriately and add animation and music to it.

If you have 10 TIKTOKS per month this could be 5 TikTok stories and 5 posts. it is not 10 of each.  If you have 20, it could be 10 TikTok stories and 10 posts, not 20 of each.  We typically post TikTok Stories as they get much better engagement, but we do mix a few posts in there.
How Do I Send Content To You?
We accept either DROPBOX or ONEDRIVE requests. We can also send you one if you need it.  You can also TEXT us the content although video content will sometimes be too large for this.

If we do not have content from you we fully generate all content using AI.  We generate images and text related to the subject matter, product, or service.
Email Management

We will reach out to you and ask about EMAIL CONTENT for your mass emails. If we do not hear back from you, we cannot create an email.

Email From Us
Please make sure you check your JUNK MAIL and you can also whitelist – joemurphy99@icloud.com AND info@therealsocialcompany.com.  All emails will come from these addresses.

Our contracts and billing come from SQUARE.
Giving Us Access To Google Services
If you wish to give us access to any Google Services such as Google My Business, Google Ads, or anything else you can add,

joetheschmomoe@gmail.com to the admin panel of said service. You will see The Real Social Company pop up as you type it.
I Can’t See My Stories On Facebook Or Instagram.

Stories on Facebook and Instagram ARCHIVE automatically by each platform after 24 hours.  You must visit your Meta Business Suite and view the content planner, sort by stories, and then view the archive to view past stories. This is the suggested way to see past Stories.

Revisions

Social BASIC and any of the basic ADD-ONS come with a revision per post. We fix an error, adjust wording, etc, but If you like being extremely hands-on, you might need a more advanced posting package.

Social Media Billing – Our billing goes from the date of the first payment until the next payment date.  We begin work as soon as your invoice is paid.  During the first month of service, you might not get the full amount of posts because we have to work to connect your accounts, get posts ready, etc.  Once everything is connected we begin posting the following MONDAY. The following month you will get your full amount of posts.  Invoicing is independent of # of posts sent to your social media channels. pro-rated amount but might finish service for you, it is at our discretion.

Invoices – All invoices are required to have a card on file.  If an invoice comes up and doesn’t have the funds to be paid or a card is not on file to bill, all service is stopped immediately.  Please put a card on file when you sign up for service.

Discounts/Special Rates – If you are on a sale rate or special discounted rate and discontinue any service, your current services re-adjust to current rates automatically.

Reels & Stories – Certain social media packages have 10 Reels & Stories per month.  This would equal 5 stories and 5 reels or 10 reels and no stories. It is not 10 reels & 10 stories per month.

Website Updates With Maintenance – You get 10 website updates with your maintenance plan. This can include changing pictures, updating text, adding a service, etc.  It does not include adding any new pages to your website, this would be an additional fee.

Email Management – If you have signed up for email management you simple have to contact us when you want to send an email.  This service is not automated every week unless you talk to us about it.  For each email package you must have an account with MAILCHIMP, CONSTANT CONTACT or any other way for us to send emails.  We require admin access to this account for the service to work.  We compose the email, send you a test, when you approve it, we send it out.

Social Media Service Troubles – We are not responsible for any downtime of social media services.  If we cannot connect, we cannot post.  We do not make up lost posts due to service downtime.

Flagged Posts – If a service FLAGS a post you must work with the service to find out why and let us know.  We do not post anything outside of the current platform rules so any post that gets flagged is typically an AI error.  This happens frequently on TIKTOK.  If one of your posts gets flagged, appeal the flag and it should be approved by the service within their allotted time frame.   Once again, we do not post anything outside of the terms of service for each company (TIKTOK, FACEBOOK).

Service Cancellation – If you cancel service before the end of your monthly invoice we often refund a pro-rated amount to your account.  This pro-rated amount is from service invoice start date to due date and caculated on a daily basis.  We do not alway refund a pro-rated amount but might finish service for you, it is at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

We offer no refunds for unused services. We will gladly generate the content for you that you are owed and email it to you. If you feel we owe you content, let us know and we will send it over.

Once you cancel an agreement with The Real Social Company we immediately stop posting on your scheduler, website, email platform, etc.

We will send you any further content via email for you to use.

We will only issue a refund within 24 hours of a purchase and if no content was generated for you.
