If you have any of our social media plans we thought we would show you a few of the features that you can take advantage of with the social scheduler (where you approve posts).
If you login to the social scheduler you will be presented with a menu along the left-hand side.
One of the options along the left is the INBOX.
This inbox will consolidate all your social media inboxes into a single location. So if you normally check messages on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc, you can check them all from this location. It consolidates all the inboxes from each platform into a single, easy to use space. You can reply to all message here from your customers. It makes it much easier!
Reputation Management
Our platform also supports ‘reputation management’ which is a fancy term meaning keeping up on your reviews. In this INBOX you can see new reviews, respond to your reviews and stay on top of your ‘reputation management’.
POSTING
If you have used any other scheduler before like ‘hootsuite’ or ‘sprout social’, you can also use our social scheduler the same way. Feel free to use the tool to schedule and send your own posts to all your social media accounts at once. While we do many posts for you, it is always good to send some out yourself, especially if you need something done ASAP. (open bookings for that morning, a quick video, etc.)
You can send image posts, reels, stories to multiple locations at once with the social scheduler, feel free to take advantage of it.
SERVICE
Over the next couple of weeks you will start getting monthly reminders of the services you are subscribed to and what is covered with your plan. Keep your eye out, you might be missing something you want!
TIKTOK
While TIKTOK is back in action due to an executive order, we have been advised to not support it until it weaves its way through judges, congress, and whomever else. Right now TIKTOK has been removed from all accounts and invoices have been reduced to reflect this change.
Many of you are sending emails for help and information. Please direct all help and information requests to the HELPDESK . If you have not used the helpdesk before you will have to create an account.

Email Management
If you have our email management service and wish to get an email sent out, you can submit the information to the helpdesk or use our EMAIL REQUEST FORM .

Remember the email service is ‘ON-DEMAND’, meaning you need to request an email to have one sent.
SMS
If you have MAILCHIMP or CONSTANT CONTACT , (or any other service that supports it) feel free to ask us about adding SMS messaging to your plan. We can send an SMS to your clients the same time we send an email. Many clients prefer text messaging to emails. Note: There is an additional fee for this service from both providers, and you cannot be on the FREE plan for either service.
