When the platform permits, we create a backup or recovery point before making changes. We complete the repair in a safe environment whenever practical and test the affected pages, forms, features, browsers, and mobile layouts.
Repair Summary and Prevention
After the work is complete, we tell you what caused the problem, what was changed, and what can reduce the chance of it happening again.
How Much Does Website Repair Cost?
Website repair is billed at $25 per hour, following a free initial assessment. Before beginning paid work, we provide a time estimate based on the visible symptoms, platform, available access, and complexity of the problem.
Many isolated problems — such as a broken form, display error, redirect problem, or configuration issue — can be corrected within a few hours. Malware cleanup, database recovery, extensive mobile repairs, and problems involving several systems generally require more time.
What affects repair time?
If we cannot complete the agreed repair, you will not be charged for unsuccessful repair work. Fees may still apply to separately approved diagnostics, recovery work, or completed repairs outside the original issue.
