Commodore BBS Computer

This isn’t my setup but it looked fairly similar. I ran a bbs starting on the Vic20 at 300 baud with a BBS I took from a magazine. Would save all the messages each day to a cassette tape. If the machine lost power I would have to load it all back from the tape.  After this moved to a 64, then 128d.  At the height of my BBS days I had 4 cd Roms the just release USR28.8 and 4 phone lines.
